About the Role

We are searching for a Lead Product Designer to design beautiful interfaces, conduct user research, and build comprehensive design systems. You will collaborate with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect deployment of your mockups.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive user flows, and aesthetic page prototypes in Figma.
  • Maintain, audit, and scale our visual design system (typography, UI tokens, colors).
  • Conduct structured usability sessions, interviews, and compile UX research findings.
  • Approve frontend implementations to ensure strict visual parity with design specs.

Required Skills

  • Mastery of Figma, component variants, auto-layouts, and prototyping logic.
  • Comprehensive portfolio proving a clean, modern, grid-based aesthetic style.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to defend design decisions based on data.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or equivalent portfolio.
  • 3+ years of professional product design agency experience.
